File a Claim
If you’ve experienced a vehicle accident, cargo damage, property damage, or another incident involving TCI, you can submit a claim through our secure online form. Our claim process collects the details needed to review your case efficiently, including:
- Claimant and contact information
- Date, time, and location of the incident
- Description and type of incident (vehicle accident, cargo damage, property damage, or other)
- Driver and vehicle information
- Description and estimated value of damages
- Supporting documentation such as photos, police reports, invoices, or delivery records
- Insurance details, if applicable
