“Thank you for your service” isn’t lip service at TCI.

At TCI, a grateful spirit and deep appreciation for those who serve is woven into our very fabric. It begins from the top, with Co-Presidents Andrew and Ryan Flynn who make recognizing and honoring each Veteran a top priority. We are honored, humbled, and excited to support and recognize our Nation’s finest. Simply put we cannot do enough for the men and women who have devoted their lives to serving and protecting our great nation.

“Our nation’s Veterans have our utmost respect and gratitude. TCI wholeheartedly welcomes these individuals and supports them in their post service careers. We are proud to have veterans in all parts of our organization and will continue to strive to be the employer of choice for this group of American Heroes.”

Ryan Flynn, Co-President

We are proud to award custom TCI military challenge coins

Those who have been in the military or worked for the Defense Department know what a challenge coin is, as well as the value they have for each individual. Challenge Coins have been an American military tradition for over a century, and are meant to instill pride, improve morale, and reward hard work and excellence. We award our TCI Challenge Coins with pride and are honored to know that they sit within many of our current and past employee’s collections.

Veterans are a Priority

“TCI’s Veterans Program has been a top priority for not only our owners, but our fellow veterans within the company. And it has been thoughtfully built to support those who do not wear the uniform everyday anymore, yet who continue to serve this country as an essential part of America’s infrastructure. I am proud and honored to be on the TCI team.”
