Ryan Flynn
Ryan Flynn serves as Co-CEO of TCI Transportation, leading Finance, Legal & Risk Management, Human Resources, Marketing, and Recruiting, while helping guide the company’s Dedicated Logistics and Brokerage divisions.
With more than 20 years of experience in transportation and a degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, Ryan brings deep expertise in risk management and safety, dedicated transportation systems, sales, freight brokerage, enterprise software, and operational strategy. He also leads TCI’s real estate strategy, having completed more than 20 transactions that have contributed to the company’s growth in enterprise value.
Ryan is actively engaged in the transportation industry, formerly serving on the Board of American Trucking and Transportation Insurance Company and participating in the Truckload Carriers Association Benchmarking Group. He is also active in a local Vistage group and serves on the Board of Directors for Dynamic Agriculture, Inc.

Andrew Flynn
Andrew Flynn serves as Co-CEO of TCI Transportation, leading long-term growth strategy, geographic expansion, and service diversification initiatives.
Over more than 30 years with the organization, Andrew has held progressive leadership roles across sales and operations, helping scale TCI from a regional provider into a national transportation company generating more than $500 million in annual revenue. He has played a key role in launching brokerage and dedicated services and expanding the company’s national footprint.
Andrew previously served on the Board of Directors for NationaLease and remains engaged in charitable initiatives within the communities TCI serves.
Chief Operating Officer
Raj Dalton
Raj Dalton serves as Chief Operating Officer of TCI Transportation, overseeing enterprise operations, supply chain strategy, and large-scale logistics deployment.
With more than 20 years of experience across Fortune 100 companies and high-growth organizations, Raj has led complex transportation and supply chain programs representing more than $200 million in new business. He is recognized for delivering operational excellence through technology integration, disciplined execution, and high-performing team development.
Chief Financial Officer
Tricia Agnew
Tricia Agnew serves as Chief Financial Officer of TCI Transportation, leading financial strategy, reporting, treasury management, and corporate governance.
She oversees Finance, Accounting, IT, Procurement, and Regulatory Compliance, supporting disciplined growth and operational efficiency across the organization. Tricia also leads strategic initiatives focused on technology adoption and automation to enhance company performance.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Tricia brings a background in public accounting and financial leadership within manufacturing and distribution environments.
Executive Vice President of Sales
Ross Calame
Ross Calame serves as Executive Vice President of Sales at TCI Transportation, where he leads revenue growth and enterprise partnerships across integrated transportation solutions.
Ross has spent more than a decade in logistics building strategies that simplify complexity and deliver results that hold up under pressure. Ross is known for bringing clarity to difficult problems, aligning teams quickly, and turning intent into execution without wasted motion. He builds sales organizations with high standards, shared accountability, and a culture that expects to win the right way. His focus stays on long-term partnerships, where consistency and performance matter more than promises.
Executive Vice President of Brokerage Operations
Dave Moseley
Dave Moseley serves as Executive Vice President of Logistics Services at TCI Transportation, leading account management, carrier operations, and the company’s refrigerated and frozen consolidation divisions.
Since joining TCI in 2022, he has held leadership roles across sales and operations, contributing to the growth of TCI’s logistics capabilities. He currently leads strategic initiatives focused on expanding the company’s brokerage group, power-only network, and growing its refrigerated and frozen LTL footprint nationwide.
Dave brings more than a decade of experience in transportation and holds a degree in Economics from DePaul University and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Cara Swank
Cara Swank serves as Vice President of Strategy at TCI Transportation, leading long range planning, enterprise alignment, and cross-functional growth initiatives.
With extensive executive experience—including her previous role as Chief Financial Officer at TCI—Cara brings expertise in financial governance, operational oversight, and performance management. She focuses on aligning corporate strategy with execution to support scalable, sustainable growth.
General Counsel + Executive Vice President of Risk Management
Trevor Uffelman
Trevor Uffelman serves as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Risk Management at TCI Transportation, leading legal strategy, compliance, and enterprise risk management.
He oversees Legal, HR, Safety, and Claims, with responsibility for litigation, corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Trevor is focused on strengthening TCI’s legal and risk infrastructure while supporting the company’s continued growth.
He brings extensive experience in transportation law and insurance defense and holds a J.D. from The Catholic University of America and a B.A. from Carroll College.
